Regen Replica Systems

Regen Replica Systems are a series of systems that are custom built to convert mixed plastic garbage waste into pellets. From those pellets we're able to 3D print them with our revolutionary patent pending Wave 3D Pellet Extruder. Watch our video here.

Regen Replica Systems can take the majority of dry mixed waste materials. Plastic is an ideal binding agent that connects everything together. Here's a main list of items:

• Plastic clamshell food containers - with or without food residue
• Plastic cups, straws, lids, buckets, coffee grounds, tea bags
• Vehicle Parts: Bumpers, moldings, trim, dashboards, tires
• Plastic & reusable bags, plastic gloves, face masks
• Cardboard, paper, stickers, tape, straps, rubber
• Decorative wrapping paper, plastic packaging
• Styrofoam & other types of foam, insultation
• Wood, wood chips, dust, sand, grain, hay
• Most dried items can be regenerated
• Silage bags, twine, rope, old leather
• Fibres, fabric, hair, fur, dry manure

 Here's a list of the main items our systems cannot accept. 

• No metal allowed - unless it’s tin foil or very thin
• No rotten items, soiled diapers, or very wet materials allowed
• No solid chunks of materials like concrete, rocks, glass, bones 
• No hazardous, corrosive or toxic waste materials or liquids
• No illegal substances 

We have the ability of 3D printing and molding millions of products that can add additional revenue streams to your business or we can just remove the pellets for you. We create custom systems that work for you. 

Regen Pellets can be used for both 3D printing, infill, molds, injection or compression molds:

• Building materials like fence posts, flooring tiles & boards, siding, 
• Buildings, homes, camper trailers, shed, dog house, barns
• Vehicle frames, parts, accessories, custom fittings
• Toys, bikes, trikes, dolls, ornaments, decor, picture frames
